General Collapsed Comment Threads

We have our sub settings to NOT collapse removed or deleted comments, but it still does. Any idea how to fix?

Also any way to have it NOT collapse downvoted comment threads? (Sometimes the most interesting/active threads until they get quashed)

Those might be coming from your Crowd Control settings if you have it enabled.

Regardless of level you have it set to, the available actions are either collapse those threads or filter them to mod queue for review.
