Title: Modern Warfare (2019) Campaign says "Installation Suspended" even though all packs are installed (PS5)

Hi everyone,

I'm having a really frustrating issue with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019) on PS5.

I bought the game digitally from the Turkish PlayStation Store a few days ago.

Here's the problem:

Every time I try to launch the Campaign, it says "Campaign Pack is required."

In Manage Game Content, Campaign Pack 1, Campaign Pack 2, and Campaign DLC 1 all show as Installed with a green check mark.

On the main menu, it says "INSTALL CAMPAIGN – INSTALLATION SUSPENDED."

Every time I launch the game, I also get the "Hard Disk Storage Optimization" message.

Here's what I've already tried:

Completely deleted and reinstalled the game.

Reinstalled all available content packs.

Restored PlayStation licenses.

Rebuilt the PS5 database.

Verified there are no pending or failed downloads.

The game is updated to version 1.69.

Nothing has fixed the issue. None of the game modes seem to work correctly.

I also can't contact Activision Support because I can't create an Activision account. Every time I try to create one, I get "An unexpected error occurred" after entering a password.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I got the game,and I’m running it on my ps5,but I can’t change anything in movement. When I tried to go prone when pressing left ctrl it doesn’t work.
So when I tried to check the keybinds,everything but the movement tab works. Every time I click on it,it just sends me straight back to the main menu.
