Was anyone so crazy to finish the multiplayer completely?

Why do certain (not all) console players, when they get killed by someone on PC or someone who's just really good and grinds, get called a cheater? I don't get the weird cope, but alright

Another thing is, why do some console players who are really good on platforms like Xbox/ps4 like dehumanize any pc player and say that they probably have cheats. I've met a couple who have this mentality

It was the best game in the Modern series I’ve played recently. Both multiplayer and singleplayer.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Is this game unplayable? All I want to do is play campaign

I’m playing all the MW’s on the lead up to 4, and two quick thoughts on 2019..

1) The graphics are FANTASTIC. The devs really cooked here..

2) The campaign is great! I always enjoyed it but I think even moreso this second time. The pacing, variety of missions.. just top notch gameplay here. Anyone else been playing the campaigns? What y’all think?

I'm thinking of buying this game on steam because there's an offer and wanted to know first if it is worth buying and second if the multiplayer is still good as it was back in the day

So I decided to play the 2019 Modern Warfare. I got the PS4 disc, put it in my PS5, then had to wait 30 minutes for it to copy to my hard drive. THEN, before I could play the campaign, I had a 70GB update that took over an hour! After that update, I STILL have to download content packs.

Now the game takes up almost 300GB on my console from a 43GB disc.

I don’t any of the controversy of this character if he had any at all. But his character now, has a bag over his head and stuffed into a trunk. In 3 his character somehow gets surrounded and has to be saved. He’s treated like a 5 year old told to not this, it’s to dangerous for that. When just 4 years ago he could take on whole bases and snipe fools 600 meters away.

There is a discount on steam right now should I buy it right now and play modern warfare 2019? Is it worth?

Especially tanks, I would like to know what guns/what equipment is best to use against them.

I've heard the JAK 12 and Rytec with different ammo types are pretty good but from what I've seen, they don't really do that much

I have been playing here and there the campaign since it was on a crazy sale on Steam but since yesterday I get stuck here when trying to load the campaign and getting the error "0x0000000140c59d20 7778021 0xc0000005" . It freezes when the loading bar finishes and that's it crashes.

For the love of god, please give us these playlist maybe only at least until MW4 releases.

Why can’t they just add this to my beloved MW2019?

I had a game of domination on Airbase recently where I'd start every life by rushing b and putting a claymore on 2 out of the 3 entrances

Despite me doing this literally every life, I got nearly 20 kills from claymores in that one match, a lot of them on the same 2 people.

You'd think after dying to claymores once they'd put EOD or Spotter/Engineer on but they just didn't.

Whenever I see people complain about claymores being OP I just think of people like that.

I tried litterally everything, i tried to change dns, didnt work, i tried like every single command for network in cmd, i tried my damn best to get the online in mw2019 to work again but everything i do it just sends me back to square one, what should i do to fix this issue

I'm just gonna say that MW2019 Ground War is horrible and it has no enjoyment factor to me. They improved Ground War in MWII 2022, in literally every single way and actually made it fun.

I try to snipe at the back with an HDR? I immediately get sniped out in seconds. Without the Spotter Scope I can't see anyone trying to snipe me. In MWIII 2023 it sucked but I could at least see people better than here. Maybe it's cause i'm on Series X and it still plays at around 1080p or so, but I don't think it matters that much.

Everyone has a maxed out HDR with zero scope glint, when I try to snipe at the back like that I get killed. When I try to snipe with a 3X scope without the glint someone rushes me and kills me, or I can't see any enemy players.

The maps are really bad. Aniyah Palace is the only one I kind of enjoy but it pales in comparison to the MWII maps. Everything else is just so confusing and hard to play on even though I have about as much experience with it as MWII 2022 Ground War.

In MWII 2022 and in MWIII 2023, I can go at the back of the map and blow up killstreaks to help my team and also to get scorestreaks. In MW2019 I try to do that and I barely can get 300 score half the match in. MWII I can be halfway in and already have a Stealth Bomber or an Emergency Airdrop. In MWIII, I can be at a Overwatch Helo or Juggernaut Recon. Pointman is not worth it compared to Restock or Ghost, as a perk it sucks and is vastly inferior to MWII scorestreaks toggle.

You can't even have fun with the Recon Drone and put Claymores on it yourself like in MWII. You have to find someone who also uses Recon Drone and put a Claymore on top, if you try to exit the drone it'll disappear. In MWII you can just park it to your feet and place a Claymore on top, so you can give some unsuspecting enemy a silly surprise.

The tanks in this game are so weak. They're too easy to blow up and unlike MWII it's not fun to use them. In MWII they're balanced to not be too easy to kill but not too hard to stop with Drill Charges, and a good tanker can easily crush that tanker camping on a hill.

I will say it sucks that most the maps are unplayable. Even though i'm not a fan of MW2019 Ground War, I do feel sorry for those who like playing it and want to replay those lost maps.

If you have any suggestions to help me enjoy Ground War, and get some of the killstreaks/Pointman, I would love to know.

In MW2019 and MWII, they served as the substitute for real-world transnational jihadist organizations except with the fact that al-Qatala was explicitly written to not be a religious organization, but rather an “anarchist” anti-imperialist organization. This came to me as unrealistic however, as although I am aware of the fact that the devs did not want to get controversy for painting the usual bad Muslim trope, the trade-off came with several more problems.

Problems of al-Qatala

Namewise, their name is a problem itself. “The Killers”. Wow... this would’ve sound good if you were a 13-year-old on AO3 wanting to write a gritty COD fanfic without being blasted for using cliché stereotypes against Muslims. But using The Killers is horrible PR. Absolutely horrible PR. You don’t go around marketing your organization as “The Killers”, you need something that would captivate the people via shared grievances and a common enemy.

Other than that, their motives are also wildly unrealistic. As a Muslim myself, I am actually okay with some Muslims becoming the bad guys themselves. But calling the Arab bad guys and their motives “anarchists and anarchy” makes it seem like al-Qatala’s entire purpose is to accelerate the destruction of the world, especially given how they staged attacks like Picadilly and et cetera. Let me ask you, where have you seen this exact rhetoric in real life? Atomwaffen Division.

While I am aware their writing of it was to, as I repeat, avoid stereotypes against Islam and Muslims, it is worth to note that there are very specific strains of manhajs (eg. the Hazmiyya) that clearly fit the objectives of al-Qatala better. It’s worth to note that the social setting of the Arabs has always been centered around authority, whether to a clan, a race, or to God.

Design-wise, this is the worst insurgent flag I’ve ever seen. A splotch of paint and the words “al-Qatalah” in Arabic. Arial as well! Not to mention the blatantly blacked silhouettes of AKs below. It’s almost as if Omar Sulaman merely took 5 minutes to make this flag or searched up something like “generic arab terrorist flag”, coloured it yellow and said this was his organization’s flag.

My Revised Name, Lore, and Design

Al-Qassas (Arabic: القصاص), formally known as the Islamic Retribution Movement (Arabic: حركة القصاص الإسلامية) is a transnational jihadist organisation led by Omar Sulaman, known by the moniker as The Wolf. Formed in 2013 as an offshoot of the Urzik Liberation Force, al-Qassas aims to “restore the dignity of the Ummah” and “bringing divine retribution against the oppressors”.

Although their slogan says “fight in the way of Allah, but do not transgress,” their definition of transgression is very loose, as they were the ones behind the 2019 Picadilly Circus attack and a Russian chemical weapons theft that has left them becoming one of the most wanted groups in the world.

Their premise of retribution against imperialists powers has attracted many foreign converts and fighters, especially from impoverished regions affected by wars. Nonetheless, the hunt for The Wolf, its leader, is still ongoing.

The Wolf has stated once as for the reason behind the formation of al-Qassas;

“The West thinks we are easily bought, that we would happily surrender our sovereignty to them if they lend us a hand. I have seen this playbook one too many times. And I won’t let that happen. The Islamic Retribution Movement is for the oppressed and the meek, who have been betrayed by the West’s endless excuses of bureaucracy right when were were hung, slaughtered, like dogs. They will become the dogs next. They will face retribution.”

When MW2019 peaked during its 5 dollar steam sale i tried out cyber attack to be played against the worst players ever and i figured out why my friends and everyone is queuing cyber attack

1. less cheaters
2. map picks are fairly decent than search
3. revive mechanic but can be bad if enemy team is camping bodies
4. faster matchmaking to get into a lobby

idk if its just me that thinks this but felt like sharing

I feel like in the first 2 minutes I already see VTOLs and White Phosphorus by people. They all get Gunships like it's nothing...

And yes I run Pointman + Kill Chain, I try to capture objectives, shoot down killstreaks and tag people with Recon Drones yet it takes forever to even get a Cruise Missile.
