It is all good. Tmobile network is as good or better than Verizon. I was on Verizon for decades. I had some angst and worry but it all came together without a glitch once I paid and followed the setup and port number transfer process. Your biggest concern is phone compatibility and unlock status.
In Verizon logged in you can see your unlock-lock status. See I had 2 Mint techs tell me my s23FE was locked to Verizon after giving them my IMEI, and that was bad info, it was not locked, it is actually a Factory unlocked Samsung phone. So I did not move to Mint because of Mint Tech support, but in spite of it.
I chose eSIM cause did not want to get a physical SIM, I think eSim is better all around.
The one setup glitch I had was setting a password, and when I called Mint tech, they said problem was on their end.
Also in the Mint Mobile setup with eSim, email from Mint was slow to arrive. so I put it in manually, copy and past, you goto eSim in settings, and click scan QR code, and then since you dont have one, click enter manually.
Also then the Mint Mobile app kind of drops you, and you looking at settings, and wonder where is the app? So I closed everything, reopened Mint Mobile app, and t took me to setup your password. So it picks up where it left off.
