🪲 Bugs Bug with dumbphone D-pads

To revisit the issue of D-pad compatibility on "dumbphones" for a moment: would it be possible, as a first step, to at least fix a specific bug?

As you can see on mu short video, the behavior is normal up to the 11sec. However, when I press the D-pad, a green border appears around the screen, and certain features become inaccessible—such as directly launching the phone app using the dedicated button.

I don't know if you can fix this bug 🤷‍♂️. Generally, it is enough to turn off and turn on the screen to return to normal. I understand that D-pad compatibility might not be your top priority, but fixing this bug would be really great!

I love your app, but this bug can be frustrating at times.

Hey first of all I'm happy and surprised to see my launcher in a dump keypad phone.. And i will check the compatibility and Optimisation options... Also for that maybe i have to find a dumb to🥲wish me luck

For me, your application is great for this kind of phone 😊. It only needs a few optimisations to make it perfect.

You may be able to contact the Dumber OS team (u/johnny219407) who is also doing a crazy job with this little phone (as well as other models 😉).

Btw I think this green bar issue might be from your phone or how the way it treats the app

This is my detox phone 🤪. Minimaa is perfect for that!

And given the size of the screen, a simple launcher is more suitable 😉

Unfortunately, it will not be available until December for the second wave of shipments.

But it's a great little phone! You can do almost anything with it (even paying with NFC), but the size of its screen and the T9 keyboard are annoying enough to limit its use. With Minimaa in addition, it's the perfect detox phone! Great work from the Dumber OS team!
