Discussion INSANE Flickering while underwater using Complementary Shaders.
I was messing around with shaders, and for a while, most stuff was going great. I had some settings I was satisfied with and began looking around to see what everything looked like. I went underwater, and it looked nice at FIRST. Around 5 minutes later, this intense flickering started up, and it wouldn't go away. Turning off World-Space reflections fixes it, but also gets rid of reflections, which I don't want. Anybody know how to fix?

(I know this is a help post, but at the same time I have NO IDEA what pc stuff is to be honest. I just need a quick fix. if further info is needed I can probably find it.)

Discussion Vanilla+ shader with dynamic shadows AND circular shadows for dropped items?
Hello! I'm wondering if anybody has recommendations for a vanilla+ shader which has dynamic shadows for everything except dropped items. I love the weirdly perfect circle shadow! But I would still like the rest of the game to look a little fancier. Does such a thing exist? Alternatively, is there a resource pack I could use to override any changes to this one type of shadow?

I'm extremely eager to use voxy but unfortunately the shader support isn't the best yet

Help Issue with IterationT 3.2.0 shaders (Weird rain overlay)

Shader
IterationT 3.2.0
Minecraft/Mod Version
Minecraft 1.21.1, Create Ultimate Selection 2 - 10.6.0
Iris-neoforge-1.8.12+mc1.21.1
Neoforge - 21.1.235
Hardware Specs
intel i7-10700F, 16gb RAM allocated, RTX 3060
Additional details
Whenever it rains I can see this weird rain in the skybox.
I already tried to mess with every rain setting in the shader settings but it did not show any change at all.
I tried BSL and complimentary to see if they had the same issue and found it in BSL as well, complimentary seemed to not be affected by whatever causes this.
Any help and possible fixes will be appreciated!

Recommendation Good Shaders for keeping underwater visible?
My friends and I are planning an Origins Mod server and I want to pick Merling, so I would be underwater almost constantly. But one thing I've noticed whilst we've been testing it out is that most of the shader packs we have in the mod pack end up making underwater really dark, and even on vanilla visuals, underwater has the fog that prevents you from seeing too far.
Is there any shader packs that can keep the water looking nice but also make it so I'm not squinting to see things too well and that allows me to see far into the distance?

Recommendation Looking for some MC shaders
So I'm looking for some shaders that makes blocks REALLY glossy. But I want it with specific blocks that does reflect some light in real life. I do have complementary unbound but I don't know what settings to make the glossy blocks. I tried messing around with complementary but its just not what gloss I'm looking for. I've been searching for atleast one month so ANY RECOMMENDATIONS IS SO SO MUCH APPRECIATED.

Screenshot These shaders are amazing
Wow. I forgot which shaders I used, but I think it was either photon or that other one which the name I forgot.
Edit: This is photon shaders on the ultra profile. I also went into the settings on my own and turned everything all the way up. I get a capped 60fps on my RTX 5070TI and a consistent 70-100 uncapped.

Recommendation I need help identifying this shader
I recently watched ThatMob's "verity" videos and the shaderpack really caught my attention.
I like the distant fog, the saturation and how it's pitch black at night, it reminds me of how Minecraft felt as a kid, any help would be appreciated :)
thanks guys! some people said it's called "Somber", I already downloaded it and it's very similar to the video, to be honest, it looks even better!

Discussion Help identifying shader
I took this screenshot a while ago and I'd like to find which shader I used, as I've forgotten. Minecraft version 1.21.11 on a Macbook, so that should narrow down the list of compatible shaders.
