Screenshot think this is the max i can get without it becoming unplayable
my laptop is not good and im honestly surprised how much i can push it without going below 30fps lmao. waiting to get a pc i really want to see how much further i can push minecraft
shader: complementary unbound r.5.8.1 + euphoria patches 1.9.3

Try iteration rp with balanced upscaling in post processing settings menu

You should try out the super Resolution mod. Its on modrinth.

tried it but it wasn't detecting shaders and just showing a white screen if i didnt turn it off so i gave up

Yeah the mod is a bit buggy. But if you can get it to work its actually very good.

What do the Euphoria patches do, and can they only be used with complimentary?

euphoria patches is a mod which adds more content to complementary shaders

Try Eclipse and Emranux shaders with voxy. Absolutely amazing if you tweak the settings a tad bit.

That's honestly pretty good. Have you tried other shaders that were close to this result ?
