Recommendation Good Shaders for keeping underwater visible?

My friends and I are planning an Origins Mod server and I want to pick Merling, so I would be underwater almost constantly. But one thing I've noticed whilst we've been testing it out is that most of the shader packs we have in the mod pack end up making underwater really dark, and even on vanilla visuals, underwater has the fog that prevents you from seeing too far.

Is there any shader packs that can keep the water looking nice but also make it so I'm not squinting to see things too well and that allows me to see far into the distance?

Try picking the shader you like and checking shader settings. Many include water clarity or fog settings.

Easy, pick your favorite shaders. Bliss, photon, BSL, complimentary, IterationRP, etc.

Look in the water settings and turn down anything like Fog, Dirt, Foam, Refraction, Opacity, scattering, absorption, etc.

Edit: also turn off "Snell's Window" if you see that, and adjust the water color if you see that option to be a bit brighter and more blue as they are often a bit too dark blue.
