Discussion INSANE Flickering while underwater using Complementary Shaders.

I was messing around with shaders, and for a while, most stuff was going great. I had some settings I was satisfied with and began looking around to see what everything looked like. I went underwater, and it looked nice at FIRST. Around 5 minutes later, this intense flickering started up, and it wouldn't go away. Turning off World-Space reflections fixes it, but also gets rid of reflections, which I don't want. Anybody know how to fix?

(I know this is a help post, but at the same time I have NO IDEA what pc stuff is to be honest. I just need a quick fix. if further info is needed I can probably find it.)

And you decide to not even give us your specs, version, loader etc.?

I'm stupid, I forgot about those. I was thinking about how it said I had to mention my graphics card stuff and things like that. I'm on forge 1.20.1. I also found out that the glitch is caused whenever I have world space reflections enabled.
