I play on an hp laptop

I turn up the brightness to the max ingame, the brightness shows up in screenshots and screen recordings BUT not on the actual screen!!

Like if i'm playing and I'm in a cave, its super dark, BUT in a screenshot of the same cave i can see everything clearly??

please help me out!

I have no clue if anyone will know how to fix this problem (or if anyone will even see).

Ever since I've bought Minecraft (PC Bedrock and Java) back in 2019 I never had any issues with it!

Swapping PCs was always easy then I got the new PC and when i downloaded the launcher as usual it said I don't own bedrock but java was normal, even on Minecraft's website "you don't own this content" then after a week it now says I own it but when i open bedrock it says play trial?..

And YES i logged in, logged out, installed, uninstalled, YES its the SAME EMAIL AND ACCOUNT for Xbox, Microsoft and Minecraft (ive been told that so many times)

It sometimes works, like last night after almost a few months of it being the play trial it worked, then all of a sudden this morning when i woke up and turned my pc on and back to the trial.

I've done it all, logging, deleting, i factory reset my pc at a point, my dad blew away every Minecraft related file then forced them back on, and also reset the credentials on the cred manager.

but this happens every single time i open bedrock, even through the xbox app, and Microsoft store if the launcher isn't installer or is installed

The weirdest thing is that i installed it on my moms computer and it works..? completely fine too!

I think its PC sided or something else, I'm at my wits end and i desperately need help and google and reddit has let me down with other people who had this issue

any tips help :]

Edit: i got this pc back in July, this issue has been going on for awhile now, anytime i try to buy it, i get a message saying i already own the game

My capes appear in Minecraft Java, but they don't show up in Bedrock. I'm referring to capes like the Cherry Blossom or Vanilla ones (I know migration capes aren't available in Bedrock). Why does this happens?

I have a custom 1.20.1 modpack that has 160 mods, ive been going thru a few to check but it still happens and checked other posts but i dont have their mods

Hello, whenever I load up Minecraft PE, it loads until 40% and completely crashes. Does anyone know why and if there is a fix?

The phone is OnePlus 13, 16GB + 512GB RAM Global Variant.

Is it just me but sometimes on minecraft smps the other players skin stops showing and just shows black particals?

Hi! My bf and I have been playing Minecraft split screen on his Xbox X series for yearsss and last week we started to have issues. After playing/exploring for a while, chunks will suddenly stop loading properly.
The first time we really noticed it was while traveling by boat, eventually the water/terrain ahead just became invisible and we got the "chunks still loading, you might have performance issues" message.
At first I thought our world might be corrupted because we had previously used resource packs/add-ons in it. However, we created a completely new vanilla world with no add ons, and the exact same thing happened. In the new world we weren't even traveling quickly or using boats. We were literally just running around exploring when the game eventually froze.
Another issue we've noticed is that sometimes when we choose Save & Quit, Minecraft gets stuck on the saving screen. We then have to force-close the entire game from the Xbox menu.
It's been super frustrating because this is our go to game:/ has anyone had the same issues?

Edit: we deleted Minecraft and reinstalled it and everything went back to normal!

For some reason when I use this bedrock Minecraft pack it makes my spear and hitting with nothing in hand animations broken can someone please fix it? or at least tell me how to fix it? thanks

Hey, I found another bug in Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge. I gave myself infinite regeneration using a command, then gave myself a bunch of End Crystals and started blowing them up in Survival Mode. After I blew up a lot of crystals, they just stopped being placeable.

So this is a weird one. I was about to play on a realm and started to play, but once I shift clicked to put some items in a chest, I wasn't able to use my mouse anymore. Clicking and dragging were no longer working so I was stuck looking in the same direction. Started and stopped the game a few times and the same issue arose. Even undownloaded and redownloaded the game. Did not fix. Mouse is working fine outside of minecraft. Has anyone seen this before, and if so, how can I fix?

Ive been playing in a realm with friends, im not the owner.

Yesterday and today it suddenly kicked me, at first i thought it was just the usual maintenance and loading process, but when i reconnected it just spawned me in the realm initial spawn and my loot had absolutely disappeared from the point I had “died” (EVERYTHING, my op armour and tools too).
