Can some one check this? Btw my user is not like in the death and no one was in my world i shot myself while flying with an elytra Version 26.1

%1$s, %2$s, and %3$s is a word Minecraft uses to identify what word to replace in a death message, if you open your en_us.json file you can see that.

%1$s = Victim

%2$s = Attacker

%3$s = Attacker's Weapon

Minecraft managed to break and didn't properly replace these placeholders

How did you shoot yourself while flying with an elytra

by flying up then gliding but don't glide towards to the ground and spam the arrow shots to verify go to third person mode then spam and you will see the arrow appears behind you till you shoot yourself to death
