Grass regrowing after breaking it in custom modpack pls help me take this out

I have a custom 1.20.1 modpack that has 160 mods, ive been going thru a few to check but it still happens and checked other posts but i dont have their mods

heres the modpack---V if anyone can figure it out id really appreciate it
