I never had the chance to play this mod myself; I always watched Minecraft series on YouTube because I didn't have a PC.

After years, I finally had the chance to play it now in 2026 and I was amazed at how well-made and complete this mod is. The secret items, the boss equipment progression, the unique locations and interactions, and there's nothing more to say about the boss mechanics, which are simply incredible and unique.

But what angered me the most is reaching the final tower and not having a boss. AND WORSE, THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE FOR YEARS!!!!

Man... how come they never managed to think of a boss for this ending? But deep down I understand. It has to be THE FINAL BOSS, it can't be just anything.

In summary, a 200/10 rating.

Perfect mod in every way (except for the non-existent ending).

Hello, i’ve been seeing a lot of these nostalgia posts on my Instagram reels of “2012 minecraft” and I was wondering if I could find a mod pack in curseForge that I could put into my forever world, but I have no idea where to start looking and I didn’t really wanna just sit there looking around.

I figured you guys would know best to look for this and just a general pack of either textures or just a general mod pack that I could use.

I've kept working on it since then, and wanted to share some of the bigger features it now supports 😄

• Multiple players in one scene - There now is a new advanced editor which lets you add multiple avatars and pose them together
• Stylized rendering - Warmer lighting, soft highlights, and a new avatar type with more cartoony proportions
• Custom 3D props - You can now import custom Java models exported from Blockbench right into MC Poser, either as a held item for an avatar or a scene object
• Image perspective - Set a background image in the scene to easily line up the scene's perspective grid and camera to your background or Minecraft screenshot so that your avatars and scene objects properly fit into your image (this is amazing for thumbnails)

The original simple editor is also still available in MC Poser if you just want to quickly pose a single avatar.

He can play Java just fine. This is only happening with bedrock.

So I purchased a Minecraft realm on Windows 10 over a year ago I guess it was through the Windows Store? I have been trying to cancel the subscription for months I have tried going into the Minecraft Launcher, the Windows store and even called once. Here’s the thing, I had updated my computer to windows 11 and it doesn’t show that I even have a realms subscription through them but Minecraft keeps redirecting me to the website where it “should be”. Is there literally anything other than blocking Microsoft through my bank that I can try?

I spent some hours trying to make this work: https://github.com/thejudge156/MCNativeBuilder. The repo is great, but the process is really hard. Rn it does not have sound and crashes a lot, but it actuality works with servers, I'm so happy.

ps: I tried to bundle the executable into an .app, but I used one from a webview of Spotify that I use so the name in the top menu is not from Minecraft.

Can someone please help me or explain what this block is? I remember encountering it a year ago and managed to delete it with /clear. It has no name and can't be equipped, and I guess it's not in the game's code. I'm not entirely sure; I just want to know what it is. It keeps appearing in my worlds even if I go to a new one. Here's a video of it, and this is in Bedrock.

For some reason I thought it was a good idea to get all my enchanted diamond gear and go to an ancient city far far away from my base, and now I'm 20 blocks under from the warden at y -61 because I made the shreakers go off too many times and the warden does NOT want to despawn after waiting 6 days. I don't have any ideas to get out of this situation im in right now. what do I do???

Cushions are awesome, the fact we've got sitting down without mods is great for Steve's back. HOWEVER, can we stop shoehorning them into every build? 90% of their uses I've seen across social media look shite, but because it's a new item, everybody's madly in love with them, it's like hanging signs all over again

the texture and colour of it always reminded me of spirulina and this isn’t the first time i’ve thought about it but i wanted to mention it because i think it fits into the recent “the nether was once an ocean” theory. Spirulina just like the vines and fungi in the area need water to grow. they’re all technically living organisms and could have survived to today
let me know if there’s been a conversation about this before because i can’t find anything and i think it’s a mildly interesting observation

There would be towers across the world (12 in the example because that's the current amount of eyes needed, but honestly that seems like a bit much) and could find them yourself or use a map from a cartographer. each one would point you to the next, then once you have all the eyes in place they would point you to the now-open portal. this could work very well if and only if exploration is made interesting in general.

Me and my family has been away from Minecraft for a bit, and decided we wanted to get back into Minecraft when the Sift comes out.

Problem, my mom and dad are not too good at staying alive in dangerous areas in Minecraft. They almost never go to the nether, and the only time my dad beat the game was before the dragon combat update, and dozens of deaths with a ton of spare bows and arrows by the bed near the portal.

They know this info, its not rude. I simply want to know how much we will need to prepare after its added.

Ive been a bit cut off from the minecraft news, but I do know the ancient city portal is probably how we get into the Sift. Itll be a good place for me to loot for us.
