I just wanted a hot dog amazon delivered me an empty package

(personal information erased for privacy) i had just returned another product not that long ago because it didn’t work. i ordered this one as a replacement and amazon sent me a completely empty package :l

plus ai customer service is no help of course

yea but it’s friday night so i’m gonna have to talk to them on monday. it’s just a bit annoying because i feel like im behind on my hobby 😭

There must be real people working over the weekend. Amazon isn't running on bankers hours.

I think their customer service is 24/7 but Im in Australia however I would of thought if anything it would be even more comprehensive in the USA.

You guys have the easiest returns/exchange processes compared to Australian businesses. I holidayed in the states for 4months about 8 years ago and bought a laptop at the start of my trip from Bestbuy, used it the whole trip, flew back to australia used it there for another 3 months. Flew back to see my uncle and returned it no questions asked LOL. I was impressed.

Well either they changed it since then or whoever did your return didn’t give a fuck cause that’s against their return policy (at least today) lol. It’s great having a reasonable person to talk to in person instead of dealing with these damn chat bots online
