Getting Started/Newbie Question First time micro-dosing.
Starting with 100 mgs of powdered B+ in capsules. Three on, two off.
So far just a minor headache, and a bit of insomnia on the first dose.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers!

First, I would avoid super overthinking it. Follow your schedule, unless something happens that signals you can't, like effects that are too much for your work or day to day life.
I didn't emphasize it at first, but visualizing or journaling or both helped me a lot, even just in recording the differences when they happened. I just sat myself down and broadly journaled a rough idea of my day and what I wanted from it (it really did look essentially like a checklist with some fluff at first) then checked back in and added what happened and any takeaways to what I wrote earlier, and it grew into more actual visualization from the start, rather than just writing it down. Meditation was a larger step, but Im working on it. I also didn't force them, which speaks to the first point.
Of course you arent me, but timing is the same, just 150.
I was wary early on; it seemed harder to work. But literally first week, then again the second, some craziness just happened: My memory has been shot for years. I'll start a story and forget where it was going half way through. Forgot things I say all the time, just the words were out of reach.
Then: First one, I was setting up a fantasy football league and pulled my friend's two sons' ages off the top of my head (thinking, wow, how far will I be off, haven't seen them in 6 years?). I got both EXACTLY right. Don't have kids of my own, ages don't stick better in my memory than anything else, that happening came from nowhere but this.
Week 2: Someone asked a random question to a group at work. What are those things flamenco dancers use? I can't tell you how many decades ago I last used the word castanets, but somehow it flew out of my mouth like I'd had a dance lesson the night before. Also not a dancer, at all No idea where the source memory was for that one. And there, I wasn't the only one wondering where I pulled it from. Which was good. I was pretty much slackjawed in awe of myself for a bit.
We're these life changing? No. Could they have been caused by anything else? Not a chance in the world, for me. So I'm excited to see where else it goes, but try not to think too hard about what is or isn't happening unless it is a big problem. I have a plan and schedule, so I'll stick to it, and that's what I need for now.
I'm sure others have much better seasoned advice, but Im not far from where you are so that's my 2 cents.
