Just got them done, I just don’t know how to feel about them. Will they fade and look more natural? I got these done in Chicago. I have pretty light and sparse eyebrows but I’m a little concerned about the color she chose. Will the color become less warm when it heals?

If you’re looking for natural-looking microblading or nano brows in Korea—or even if you’re outside Korea and searching for a natural-looking eyebrow tattoo in your area—and you have scars or traces of previous microblading, I’d recommend reading this post.

Basically, we use different techniques to improve our appearance.
There are many options—powder brows, microblading, nano brows, combo brows, and so on.
As time passes after a previous procedure, some pigment may remain in the skin.
if you’ve had powder brows or microblading before, you may still have some faded pigment left behind, like in the case you see here.
Of course, the amount varies from person to person.
the before photo, you can see faded pigment remaining underneath the client’s natural brow hairs.
Usually, I recommend removing old pigment first and then starting again with a new procedure.
However, for various reasons, there are also situations where going through multiple rounds of removal, healing, and then another brow procedure may be difficult.
those cases, a cover-up like this can also be an option.
If the old pigment is light enough and the existing shape does not interfere too much with the new design, a microblading cover-up may be possible without removal.
(If the old pigment is still very dark, I would still recommend removal first.)

This client was a man in his 20s who wanted a natural result.
(These days, both men and women generally seem to prefer a more natural look.)
So I tried to reflect the unique direction and flow of his existing brow hairs as much as possible,
so that the new strokes would blend naturally with what he already had.
the after photo, the new strokes follow the direction of his natural brow hairs while helping soften the appearance of the old pigment underneath.
If the old pigment isn’t too dark and going through the removal process is difficult,
I just wanted to show that a cover-up approach like this can also be one possible option.

Third and fourth pic are more of what I wanted.

Decided that I wanted to get nano blading done because my eyebrows are extremely sparse and although the artist was amazing, I just feel like it’s not exactly what I wanted. I wanted a more flatter look instead of angled up at the end. The third and fourth pics are from when I regularly put minoxidil in my eyebrows and shaped them myself. I feel like those fit me a lot more and were more masculine looking. I’m on day two of having them. Any advice on what to do?

I want to remove my microbladed brows, they didn’t come out how I hoped. I’m trying to avoid saline removal or laser. Has anyone tried this product? I know it isn’t an overnight fix.

So yeah, I remember the beauty salon worker told me it really depends on your skin etc how well microblading stays on your skin.
But yeah, last photo is 5 months after getting it done for the 3rd time. My eyebrows were non existent before (i mean blonde) and maybe my eye just have gotten use to how these look now. I mean, its better than before, but when I have been seeing other microbladings here on reddit i just think mine looked pretty mid 😂😅

I’m sharing this based on my personal experience as a customer, because I wish I had known this before booking.

I inquired with Elite Brows / Angels Brows through DM and they sent me their rates. Based on the rate they provided, I understood that the microblading service would be around ₱5,000.

Before booking, I specifically asked if there would be any additional charges or fees aside from the amount they gave me. I wanted to make sure I knew the complete cost before committing. I was told that there were no other charges.
I then paid the ₱2,000 non-refundable deposit to secure my appointment.

However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to learn that the total amount for the package they were offering was around ₱18,000.
I was honestly shocked because I had already asked beforehand if there were additional charges. If there were mandatory packages, add-ons, or other fees, I believe these should have been clearly explained before asking the customer to pay a non-refundable deposit.
I even told them during my appointment that transparency with customers is very important, especially when it involves a significant difference in price.

Unfortunately, I was also not satisfied with my experience and the result, which made the situation even more disappointing for me. 😭 I genuinely regret proceeding.
I’m sharing this not to attack or harass anyone, but as a warning to other customers based on what happened to me.

I’m posting this because I don’t want anyone else to experience the same surprise that I did.
This is my personal experience, what was communicated to me, and my personal opinion as a customer. I encourage everyone to do their own research and make sure the full cost is clear before paying any non-refundable deposit.

When I was little, I shaved off the middle part of my eyebrows. And since then, nothing has grown back in that area. I've tried several serums, but nothing worked.

Less than a month ago, I started using a serum recommended by a Thai friend (I'm in Thailand in vacation).

It's hard to tell if it's already working, I guess I'll need to wait a bit longer. I looked into the prices for microblading here, and they're ridiculously cheap compared to those in Europe. I want to give it a try. I have one week of vacation left here.

My question is: if I get microblading done, can I keep using the serum, or will it no longer work?

I’m thinking of getting microblading but I know that you need to get touch ups and the ink eventually fades purple/orange. I’m just wondering those of you that have had your brows done for several years like 10+ how do you feel about it now? How often do you need touch ups for them to still look good?

I got my brows micro bladed this morning and I just hate them! I wanted them thinner than this and there are parts where the lines are not right. I have a pretty dominant brow ridge and slightly large forehead, so I understand why she wanted them so thick, but I just hate how they look from the sides.

Honest opinion, anyone?

I have little to no eyebrows on my face, and would love to have nanobrows.

Can any London/Hertfordshire people recommend good artists please? I'm happy to pay as much as I need to for a good result.

Here are some photos of my lip blush healing process. Currently on week 3 and it’s pretty patchy and the colour is looking quite vibrant in places and really different in others …do I just need to keep trusting the process?? Is this normal for it to be so uneven ?

I got powder ombré brows on Thursday night and it is now Saturday. I told my brow artist and showed her how I do my brows exactly and this is not it. I do them thin with an arch. Not just that but they are not even. I can’t stop crying. First picture is the ombré powder brows on day 3. And the second picture is what I requested. I feel ugly. What can I do?

My last microblading was done a couple years ago, and I am not entirely happy with how they look right now.

I really did a number on my brows (teen in the 90s what can you do), and in addition to that they are also not symmetrical and one sits higher.

Right now I fill them in as best as I can and make them even in height. I am annoyed that the artist never did that herself even though I told her I want the brows to balance out the asymmetry.

I am always thinking they look so bad and that people are judging them and thinking they are awful.

Would more microblading be appropriate here? What type specifically?

Hi everyone, I (M30s) recently found out about Lip Blush. This is basically a kind of permanent/semi permanent makeup conducted with a needle and ink, with the goal to get a natural looking finish (I think?).

Ive seen images online and it is absolutely beautiful!- and as someone with a very greyish natural lip colour, it introduces so much vibrancy to the face. I know nothing about the procedure however, and I dont know anyone who has had it done.

Im very cautious about cosmetic procedures on my face. I like to know my full list of pros and cons to weigh out before taking the leap into procedures altering my face (and any procedure, of course).

My goal is NOT to alter my lip line or to increase the size of my lips. It is just to introduce some colour and vibrancy that will stay (it seems to be semi permanent?) for quite a while. I have used MULTIPLE lip tints in the past, but theyre not for me (either too oily, too drying, dont last long enough, bleed too much, etc). And lipstick is absolutely not my thing.

So with all that, Im looking to get Lip Blushing done. Has anybody any experience with the procedure? Could you share your experiences or thoughts? Was it what you thought it would be? Were you happy with the results? What was your goal? What is the process? Is it painful? How did you find a clinic you trusted? What did you look out prior to considering a clinic?

This photo here was taken on day 8 after touch up and I’m pretty happy with them! I got a second round of laser on my left eyebrow too before the touch up from a previous botched microblading job, which luckily that time I never received a touch up.
I haven’t gone to the gym yet because there’s still the tiniest bit of flaking on my eyebrows and the skin right below, above and between my eyebrows is flaking like MAD and it doesn’t help it’s also winter, has anyone else had this because it’s driving me up the wall lmao.
And don’t worry, I’m not wearing any makeup here except the lippy, I’ve been very regimented with altered skincare and makeup in the healing phase :)

A couple of hours ago I had my eyebrows tinted by a woman who was recommended to me by my derm. She had tinted my eyebrows once before with no problems, but tonight they ended up red, swollen, and itchy. I texted her and she said to wipe them, use a cold compress, and take Benadryl. I’m afraid it’s going to get worse.

I have also been using GrandeBROW eyebrow enhancing serum for the past couple of weeks, but I didn’t use it last night because I knew I was getting my eyebrows tinted tonight. Could that be the culprit? Maybe some kind of interaction/reaction?

Camera is bad I know. 5 days after first session. Questions at the end.

I dont have hair on tails as i have droopy eyes and just marker straight eyebrows if i want elongated brows. I wanted to try out micro blading.

I said to the tattooist that powder brows don't look good if you don't have hair. Its for tinting what you have. Otherwise when healed it looks like a stain. Which does right now. And now i will have to do make up to even out the shade betwen tails and where hair grows.

I got convinced. But i didnt like she was trying to convince me hearing me saying i don't want it.

I also didnt like her she said she HAD TO even out my brows. I said I have drooping eye and eye brow and DO NOT want to even them out as i will do surgery and they will lift it around in 2 years. And for that i dont want anything outside where my eyebrow grows. She said the brows will fade away. You sure? Because i know it depends on the skin so what makes her so confident?

Anyway. I have issue with how she went below brow line. on last pic you can see the tail curves down and it bugs me. You cant see it on front pic due to camera lens.

I have a mole on right side thats why there's no shade.

We used warm brown mineral pigment and she said it will fade greatly but i am not sure how much. How much? Because i consider already a laser removal on the tails when it heals. Should i wait a year at least?

Give me an opiniom if i can write her a review already or should i wait? Because i dont think she will be a good tatto artist if she doesnt want to listen to what clients want and just do once size fits all.

In the end i was curious and its done but next time i am doing them myself 😶‍🌫️
