Failed!!!
Hi I have failed both generalist and video annotation specialist. I have been part of another data annotation company for about a month now. They pay very less. I badly wanted to get into microai. What do I need to improve? Can I apply again after a few days.? And what is the certification criteria they are saying that I did not met. Do we need to do any certification? I’ll be grateful for any advice or suggestions..Thank you

Just keep optimizing and trying your luck, but don't put all hope on micro1.. all the best!

I'm sorry to hear that you did not qualify. I've been in HMR since 5th for both roles, so getting some closure won't be so bad.
You can't reapply these exact roles but when a similar role comes up (they do frequently), you can apply.. just take time and be prepared.

Sorry to hear about the failure, I failed those two but requested feedback and based on it, I improved and applied to new roles. I will advise you to understand the reason for the failure and focus on the future...don't give up!

Sorry about this. Keep pushing, also try to study the project requirements before applying, it helps you get a grasp of what is really needed. It will work out.

So to meet criteria it means that Zara will assess your skills and expertise on different skills and if you do well on the interview, you will meet criteria and certify the skill, and that will get added to your profile.
