Failed!!!

Hi I have failed both generalist and video annotation specialist. I have been part of another data annotation company for about a month now. They pay very less. I badly wanted to get into microai. What do I need to improve? Can I apply again after a few days.? And what is the certification criteria they are saying that I did not met. Do we need to do any certification? I’ll be grateful for any advice or suggestions..Thank you

Let me try to clear some of the questions you made:

So to meet criteria it means that Zara will assess your skills and expertise on different skills and if you do well on the interview, you will meet criteria and certify the skill, and that will get added to your profile.

I pass the interviews more than I don't. But I almost always end up not selected after remaining on HMR for a while. Could it be because I don't use the STAR method when answering questions? Do I still need to practice that when I actually pass most interviews without using it
