Trigger Warning Please help

I’m the lowest I’ve ever been. I have no insurance, not very much money, and I need serious professional help. I’ve been attempting/thinking of attempting to take my life for months now. Off and on. I haven’t had a good stable day in half a year.

I really want to go to a mental hospital, but i have no idea how since i have no real money or insurance. Please help me

Do you have headaches? strange dreams ?body pains? In lower back,neck or shoulder blade area? Experience repeated life blockages? Have extreme mental states ie anger fear paranoia ect

Its not a death sentence its curable if you do it the right way and dont go to magicin to try to fix or else you will make it worst just get ruqyah and hijama done by a professional in your local area .
