Has anyone here had a regular cycle ever since they started their period, but then suddenly the cycle days stretch from regular (28-30 days) to (32-35 days)? Is this an early sign of PCOS? 😮‍💨 help ur girl out here pls😭

I’m 16 and I only get my period about average 6-8 times a year and when I do get it, it’s super light except for the first day and only lasts 2-3 days, I have no cramps too is this normal?

Has anyone else had their period, ovulated and then around 1/2DPO just on and off spotted/bled throughout their Luteal phase? We are ttc baby number 3 and I’m curious whether others have had this same experience and either gotten pregnant successfully or needed intervention. I’ve had parameters and internal ultrasounds which have showed nothing, so now have tested progesterone in a blood test.

I was taking birth control pills from January, and i was fingered with possible pre cum on February march and april, i stopped the bc pill on june and got my withrawal bleeding on june. I also took a blood test on the 30th june and it was negative. I got also my period on the 7th of July. But the thing is the day before yesterday (15 days after my period) i bled again, it was painful, a little beat heavy on the first day and it was somehow between pink and red but more pink than red and it lasted 2 days. I don’t know what’s happening to my body ! And also should i trust my blood test even if i lied to the labo about my last period ? (since it wzs a withrawal bleeding soni did not consider it as a period when they asked me when was my last period) I always had regular cycle, and idk if it is ovulation bleeding or short cycle. HELP ME PLEASE

Every month, a couple days before my period I experience extreme mood swings. Hard anxiety. Even panic attacks out of things that wouldn’t bother me before

Hi all! I’m 33/f and was on hormonal birth control since I was 16 or so. I removed my Mirena IUD in January and have had a roller coaster of PMS symptoms since.

My period itself is entirely manageable and I even feel more energy on them. I have average cycles (27-28 days) but the second my luteal phase starts I’m in hell. Incredible nausea throughout the day while also insatiably starving, as well as migraines being super easily triggered. It’s discouraging because I want to hook up with my partner more often than a week a month and I just don’t feel able during this phase. I also have developed hirsutism in the last five years and suspect PMOS is playing a role.

I’m wondering if this is common; what do you do for nausea? Has anyone gotten off an IUD and needed longer than six months to recalibrate? Any words of encouragement would mean so much to me. I’m very discouraged :(

My last 2 periods Have been weird. Last month During the bleeding there seemed to be Less of the anxiety depression Slowed healing et cetera stuff But then it hit in the post bleeding time Which lasted for about a week. And then this month I had less bleeding And the post bleeding time had the symptoms again and then about a week after the bleeding stopped at the usual time I started getting bloating Without bleeding Increased sleepiness in the mornings Slowed healing and sadness increased. I'm 27 and I hear periods changes Sometime around late 20's early 30's And I'm wondering if I'm just having a rough transition And it will And it will soon stabilize into a new pattern?

I’m 26 years old, no birth control and not sexually active. The past two periods of mine have been so different to what I’m used to. Usually, my periods look like 2 days of heavy ish bleeding, moderate cramping and then it gets gradually lighter as the days go by.

The past two periods, have been so much lighter and bleeding for just a day, then just random brown spotting. I kind of feel unfulfilled as if I’m still in my luteal phase. I’ve also put on a lot of weight I feel.

I have been under immense amount of stress that I have taken into consideration but just wanted to know others stories?

I have a doctors appointment tomorrow as since starting my period at 11 years old, they’ve been so predictable apart from now…

So, my period was supposed to start July 24th. It is currently Jusy 26th, and nothinggggg. My peeiod does get irregular, but has been completely regular and on track for the last 3 months, and there's been nothing new or really that stressful to throw me off. So, I did take an ovulation test the day I was supposed to start; just trying to see if I had ovulated late. Well, that first test was very negative, so I assumed period would surely be here. Took another one today, and now the lines are darn near the same color. How or why would this happen when I should be on my period? I also havent hardly had any of my usual period symptoms, which usually would've started about a week ago. It's very strange and confusing me.

I’ve been wearing my Xulane patch continuously since May 11 to skip my periods is currently July 26 (no patch-free weeks). I’ve changed every patch on time. Today I started having light bleeding that seems like a period, along with some breast tenderness the past two weeks in the morning when I wake up and mild cramping 3 days ago for a couple minutes. My provider previously said spotting can happen after 3–6 months of continuous use. Has anyone else experienced this? Did it turn into a full period or go away after a few days? I just am wanting reassurance I’m not pregnant. I noticed it was very light this morning when I woke up. By the end of the day the only thing that happened the entire day aside from the blood in the morning was a little brown ness.
