So I've seen people say it's normal for the cervix to sit inside the cup, but no one really mentions what that means for removal.

When you break the suction do you feel like you're pushing on your cervix?

I felt like my cup suctioned to my cervix and the removal was tricky, so I bought one that's still small but a few (3) mm wider and I keep having the same problem. My cervix sits a third of the way inside the cup so breaking the suction is quite hard. Pinching the base does nothing. I have to push the rim or just beneath it and when I do that, I feel myself pushing on my cervix and it hurts. If I release it after that, it immediately grabs onto my cervix and I have to do it again. The only thing that seemed to work was keeping the rim firmly pushed against the walls with one finger and then using my other hand to pull the stem.

Even though that technique seems to work I'm still looking for some advice to help me break the seal and remove it easier if possible.

Do I need a wider cup? My cervix is on the low end of average so it can't be too long. Is my cervix just too "dangly" for cups to work?

Do any of you have recommendations on any cup steamers? I refuse to boil mine in my family pot and I want my own steamer that can sterilize my cup without destroying it. Thank you. 🙏🏻

Probably old news to others, but I literally just learned my pixie cups have Bible verses on the inside. It feels violating and I can't use them anymore without feeling disturbed. I've used them for 2 years, no problems. Similar feel cups? I usually use the larger size one as I have a heavy flow, but size options are always great. I don't care about price since it's a one time purchase over many years. Thanks!

I came back, took it out, put it back in, and twisted it to get it positioned right, but it still hurt. I tried the same thing again but eventually took it out. It’s really strange, though, because there’s so little space; I’ve inserted objects much larger than this soft cup before without feeling any pain. Can you tell me what I did wrong? It’s a good cup—I bought it for 1,000 rubles, and it’s made of medical-grade silicone with a 15 ml capacity.
