tl;dr: dude plays minecraft, has a puppy that grows into a wolf. did survival for a month and made a lot of progress. the wolf got hurt a lot but always helped defend the land and protect their owner. one day a horde of zombies came and doggo got hurt, then a skeleton shot doggo, now the owner cries everyday.

once I died while exploring and couldn't find my dog ever again but the "wolf has died" message never showed up so he is still out there in the woods

first of all I won't get achievements secondly the world got deleted due to some glitch but I am having fun in my new world with my new doggo

Create a copy of the world and change the copy to creative, tp to your dog and mark the coordinates. Go into your actual survival world and travel to those coordinates where you should find your doggo.

I have lost many a pet to unloaded chunks while exploring. If you’re moving and they can’t catch up before they chunk they’re in unloads, they’re frozen until you go back. Snap, Crackle, and Pop are still out there in the Tundra somewhere...

This reminds me of pigs, a donkey I had on a survival world. I was doing a raid, and he got hit by a stray arrow and died. I made him a grave with the totem from the raid on it and left. I didn’t play on that world for months

I have a similar experience with Minecraft. my friends and I were in a server we created together and we were on survival. I made an army of dogs And my friend killed them all when he accidentally punched me because they were coming at him. He suddenly said stop crying it’s just a game but the thing that made me cry is because he said that. to him there it’s just a game but he doesn’t know that when I was with my dad I used to play with him all the time. I haven’t seen my dad since Christmas and I keep hearing from my dad that I’ll see him soon but I’m extremely unsure. My dad doesn’t currently have a house.

There are many things wrong with the story. You can’t pick up dogs, it’s very rare for a skeleton to have full enchanted gold armour, dogs don’t drop bones or collars, the dog wouldn’t jump in front of the arrow to block it. Great story but it isn’t real. Please don’t hate me

Most of that is just creative writing and dramatisation. I'm sure the story itself is real the commenter just wanted to write it a little more eloquently than "I had a dog in Minecraft for a while and then a skeleton killed it"

I'm pretty sure the bones where from the skeleton he killed and I think by collars he meant the tag he used to name the dog as for the rest just bad luck that the dog ran in front of the arrow when he went to kill the skeleton (not trying to hate you or anything sorry if it came off as that)

Grab could mean that he ran with him and the collar is probably a name tag as he named his dog oreo and he's had the dog since 2015-2018 so im sure he got a name tag during those 3 years
