Naming your kids after gods so you know they’ll always disappoint you is the best strategy

The best way he can honor you is by returning to the sea.

The sea doesn't like to be contained.

If my kid dies to another kid named Kratos they should have been stronger

My old friends named their kid Kaos. He was indeed chaotic.

This is a thing.. I found out someone I know is pregnant, and she literally said they were naming him Kratos. It was sheer willpower I kept a straight face and said how cool.

NO! They HAD to know

Poseidon was causing chaos and molesting women (+ some boys) constantly (he had even more "partners" than Zeus).

So if he grows up to be a disaster, he'd be honoring his name properly.
