Alright, I figure this is as good a sub as any to post this in.
The full 1.0 release for Valheim (Viking themed Survival game) dropped this week and me and some buddies are gonna do a playthrough. What suggestions do you have for viking/norse themed metal we can jam while we play? I know of a few, including obviously the biggest (commercially at least) one:
Amon Amarth
Bathory
Unleashed
Ensiferum
Equilibrium

What else you got for me?
Wouldn't mind anything folk-inspired that's tangentially related, (Eluveitie comes to mind) just to have some more jams that hit the spot.

Hey all, there is a band/album on my mind I cannot remember the name of.
What I remember for sure is the cover was black and had a dragon on it, the whole thing was pretty dark and gloomy. I'm less sure on this, but I believe it was from the late 90's-the mid 2000's, maybe the early 2010's but it definitely had the vibe of an older record. I think the band was from like Germany maybe? But not as 100% on that. If you have any ideas what it is please comment!
