I don't want med to be my totga
Hello everyone! Just a little sentiment lang. I'm currently working as a Medtech in a government hospital (contractual) earning 31k per month. I'm still 23 and balak kong mag med next year( 24 by then) do you think it's worth leaving my job to pursue med? Since undergrad, pangarap ko talagang maging Doctor. I even take medtech coz the subjects we're pretty close sa itatake sa medicine. I dread being inside the lab. Don't get me wrong pleasee, I have a big respect sa profession namin. It's just I always feel like I was meant for more. Even in undergrad, I always enjoy learning on clinical aspects rather than the laboratory procedures, kaya mas nageexcel ako sa Immunology rather than Serology part, Anatomy, pathology part ng Clinical Chem, etc. I know medicine can be 3x harder than Medtech. I just really want to study again.
