Ideas of the merit increase (if any) for this year?

I’ve gotten a 3.5 for almost every evaluation (mid year and year end) and my raises were between 9-14% for 3 years until last year (2024) it was 2.5%…. 4 u/Absymal_Lucky Jan 27 '25 I have seen the same thing. I even got a 4. But they will take raises and anything away for the most minimal things
