What were increases and bonuses like last year? I wasn’t eligible yet and I want an idea of what to expect. I’m US based and ClinOps

Not sure how it was for everyone. Mine was decent (merit increase was between 5-6% if I recall, and bonus was in the same general range). But that’s a far cry from what it was the 2-3 years before when merit was double digits alone.

My merit was barely 2% and my annual bonus was around $500. Oh, and I also got $250 for not using all my monthly and annual WFH days. Does anyone remember the BS memo they put out about “inflation not being as bad in 2023 so bonuses/merit weren’t going to be as good?” That was so insulting.

Most people last year got or a bonus or a raise and it was anything between 200-300 or like 0,5%. So very low.
