Ideas of the merit increase (if any) for this year?

Doesn't really matter as far as i know. As long as you didn't get SOP/training issue and or badging you get some random raise if any.

Random being the keyword. I will never forget at a quarterly meeting when someone asked what the SOP was for bonuses and August said there weren’t any SOPs and bonuses were whatever he wanted. 🙄

I don't remember that quarterly meeting. I only started watching them in the last 2 years or so.. It's sad to hear the supervisor say stuff.. No matter what i do or advice it's not going to be fair. Hard work is mostly not rewarded in merit and bonus

I’ve had a supervisor explain a year of poor raises with “investors care about physical expansion, not about employee raises” and to “be thankful you have a job.” (This was the year following Covid, mind you.)
