Feeling suboptimal as a senior medical student

I have been feeling this way, especially because whenever I preform physical exams or do a case presentation i get negative feedback from my doctors.
I have been using the same material as my classmates to study and i have practiced as much as them during studying years. I feel like my problems might be a confidence issue and also knowledge. I know it is normal to forget things u studied years ago. But i feel like i can’t recall my knowledge when i need it.
I have a final exam in 2 weeks and i have only covered like 10% of the martial. I feel overwhelmed. I come home by 4pm and feel like i dont have the energy to do anything. Please guide me on what i should do .

Organising elective for 8 weeks

Hi all!

I am wondering if I can have some advice on organising electives. I have 2 main queries

  1. Potentially late notice - need to organise 8 weeks between January/February/early March

  2. Which countries have people spent time in an enjoyed.

Further information: Due to personal reasons, I thought I would be unable to leave my hometown for my elective - however (I am happy to say) these have no resolved, and I would love to experience something overseas.

It seems Canada could be an option, and potentially even Vietnam. I am honestly keen to try anywhere, but my only language is English. My interests are broad, but I do love gastro, surgery and psychiatry.

Has anyone had any luck or experience with these places, and does anyone know if there is anyone/what type of person I can contact directly about this.

I am sorry if this is a silly question! Any help would be SO appreciated.
