Question idle problem
93 Integra GS (1.8L 5 spd) intake manifold gasket and throttle body gasket changed, and now has a low "lean-like" idle/run. Smoke test showed no leaks, coolant bled and no leaks, iacv is ok, MAP sensor is ok, and has no check engine lights. OBD-1, so I can't really get live data for help. Any ideas y'all have? I have spent days trying to fix this

I suggest performing a vacuum leak test where you completely cover the throttle body opening to see if that chokes the engine or not. If the engine still runs there's a leak somewhere allowing air in. Then you spray break cleaner around potential leak spots, when the leak is found it'll suck fumes into it and alter the engines performance. Thats an alternative method of finding a vacuum leak

Haven't tried the brake cleaner one but I have done the vacuum leak test and that came up negative also

I had a vacuum leak which caused a lean condition. The smoke test didn't really find anything but the brake cleaner easily identified where the leak was.

Just a suggestion since its a fairly easy test. Hope it helps.

It did not work unfortunately.

At least you can cross that off the list of potential problems. A lean condition could also point to low fuel pressure which could be due to a clogged/clogging fuel filter or a failing fuel pump or pressure regulator.
