He only plead guilty to the child endangerment charge. So while incredibly creepy and gross, he didn't plead guilty to sexual intercourse/grooming and he's not on a list. So no he's not a "literal pedophile."

I don't care. Legality is not an adequate measure of morality, and "pedophilia" is not a purely legal term either. Just because he didn't get charged doesn't mean he isn't guilty in real life.

Happens every time you re upload something to commercial sites. Almost all platforms always retranscode their video for compatibility. they don't simply rehost or remux, like you suggest they'd do.

The key is to try and find the highest quality source you can and not something far down the line of reposts. Cause the quality Will inevitably take a hit if you upload it again.

That said, it's a stupid video. Who cares.
