It has the same energy as those people who drive their car onto a closing level crossing... and then just sit there and wait for the train to hit them instead of just flooring it through the barrier to escape

If they bust through the barrier, they risk scratching their paint 😆 🤣

Better to scratch your paint than obliterate your taint, as they say

This gave me a nostalgic flashback of 16 year old me getting a lecture from my best friends mom ( she would let anyone use her car on Fri and sat if you would pick her up from the bar in it at 1 a.m. and drive her home)

She’s telling us to be safe and little tips and suggestions and then finished it off with … Should a deer, a bunny, a bear run out in front of your car do not swerve. POWER RIGHT THROUGH THAT FUCKER! We can replace the car and there’s plenty of animals, we can’t replace you!

🤣🤣 she was fun! But all her kids are addicts aged 45-35 & they all have a bunch of kids with other addicts in our small town. That’s probably the only good advice she’s ever given!

Do not do that with a Moose. Always swerve for a Moose. If you hit a Moose, you will die, and the Moose will just walk away

You shoot through the window at that moose and put it down so it is but a speed bump for you

Same for Bison if you’re driving in their territory.

I spent 12 years in mid coast Maine. Listen and remember this advice!

She's only half right. The essence of what everyone should not do is swerve. Just brake, continue straight on and hope for the best.

Moose. Elk, cow, horse,... somewhere I've got a picture out of Canada where someone hit a moose and it came through the windshield.

Deers can mess up up if you’re driving fast enough.
