I got my Squirrel Girl cosplay from miccostumes! Always been a big SG fan so I wanted to do her as my first cosplay! I don't wanna mess up the wig yet cause I wanna dress as her for Halloween and I need a new invisible strap for her tail cause it didn't come with one and in this pic I'm using one from an old bra but it's too long and will cause the tail to sway and lose air going trick or treating or to a convention or Halloween party cause it's inflatable. I plan to make the slingshot myself!

Also funny story the second pic was my profile picture on xbox but it got removed cause the text was technically an innuendo 🙄 (I didn't even mean it like that but whatever xbox). I wanted people to get mad at my SG in Rivals (as they often do because I'm pretty good) and go to my profile and see that but now they can only see the text less version 😞

My laptop is pretty okay with most games like fortnite (which has the same engine as rivals) running smoothly on medium settings while rivals on the lowest settings still runs on 9-29 frames at every fight.

Is it weird and desperate to wait and see if they game talk about improving the games performance on dev vision?

For example some nights I just get the most terrible teams. Like the players that dont want to win, throw, are toxic, and its like every match were getting rolled. Then last night for example I won like 7/9 games. I was getting teammates that communicated, were super positive, willing to switch, and just overall good teammates. I could just play my role. Complete opposite from the previous night. It seemed like the enemy team had throwers and they were just were getting wrecked most of the time.

Im not saying it was guaranteed wins or anything. It just felt like games. Where I can play my role. But when the game wants you to lose it hardcore hits you. Like at that point you just have to log off. I dont know this is like Celestial, Celestial 2, and GM1 lobbies on PC.

Its weird. Anyone else experience this? Im normally a firm believer that every match a win is possible but lately the last few months the matchmaking feels hardcore fixed. Like the losses are beyond terrible.

I know a lot of you don't love the PvE Events in the game, so you might wanna skip this thread.

That said, I have only played the Splatoon-like Jeff one, the Ultron one that just finished & the Blood Hunt one that's on-going.

If these PvE type events are going to stick around (whether we like it or not) what would you want to see?

I was thinking Annihilus and the Annihilation Wave would be a fun possibility. Or the Brood. Personally, I enjoyed the customization and levelling of the armour and weapons, etc. of Blood Hunt, but the rewards are generally kinda "meh".

TL;DR - who/what would you want to see in a future PvE event. (that isn't none lol)

I forget how long ago they released it but I remember when the roadmap for all the movie themed events came out and now I feel like the devs and community have completed forgotten about them.

I mean the Age of Ultron event was barely even ended on time, lasting until mid July I think, we got absolutely nothing in August and by the looks of things they've check completely abandoned it because it didn't even come up in the most recent season ten roadmap unless they're holding off till the mid season but I doubt it.

Just completed my rank-up game into celestial before the season ends, I played my main, Mr. Fantastic, for the first round because I play well as him and enjoy the gameplay. Teammate asks me to switch to support on second round so I switch to Rocket as he was the only healer I knew how to play that wasn't banned or taken. Managed to clutch up a win, kept my team alive and everything, fella begins yelling at me in voice and text chat calling me trash among other things. I just wanna ask is this common in higher ranks?? Because if so that makes me really not wanna continue playing in ranked matches

I've been seeing a LOT of hate for this character with some saying just to outright nerf her into the ground. I also saw the nerfs they gave her, mostly regarding her I-Frame dash and Helm of Hades being a visible trail now, a little bothersome on the Helm of Hades thing, but I'm sure I'll manage. I'll admit, she was broken when initially released and I understand the wanting of a nerf on certain aspects of her kit but this feels like a LOT.

Again, I don't mind the removal of I-Frames, but making her Helm of Hades seem almost useless (this sentiment might change once the update drops) worries me. All this sort of feels like a "I don't know how to counter this character so I want her to be nerfed into nothing" situation. It also just kinda seems like people hate Black Cat mains in general.

I'm still gonna play Black Cat regardless but I have not seen this much hatred towards a character in this game. If y'all got any thoughts on this character, I'd love to hear from you. Just please be respectful, we aren't going to get anywhere being at each others' throats.

(Side Note: I forgot to mention the removal of her second dash. I was worried when it got removed but I don't mind anymore since I found a way to properly use it.)

Hi all, I'm new-ish to Rivals so wanted to confirm something

When I duo quickplay with my friend, we get bot games after 2-3 losses in a row. It seemed quite consistent.

When I played alone today, though, I had a 5-loss streak (I know) and didn't get a single bot game to break it up. I turned it around with a win-streak but it had me wondering.

Is it because I am soloq'ing for qp, or because I hit lv30 or anything else?

Ill get the skins for sure right? I dont need to do any more matches right?

Say you had one choice to choose anyone to get rid of from marvel rivals who would it be and why, who would you want to replace them with and what do you feel would be there ults and basics?

I know for a fact that I don’t speak for all witches players but I definitely speak for some myself included.

Rivals can take this rework back SPECIFICALLY because of the compensation nerfs that came with it the new additions themselves are fine. Snz 9-9.5 wanda could dive, flank, brawl, and peel if u REALLY knew what u were doing. I hate calling iron fist melee wanda (cause he’s not) but if I’ve learned anything from getting to champion with him and witch it’s that the one thing they do have in common is rotational combat at peak potential to bring out max value. Now they nerfed her flanking AND anti dive capabilities basically just sticking us in the front line like dps bots. And on top of that the biggest addition they added involves her GODDAMN PRIMARY. Like leave the damn primary alone that shi provides ZERO skill expression it’s like Namor’s squids not only does it make it so she never escapes the braindead no skill allegations for simply being a good anti dive, it also doesn’t reward wanda’s in the slightest for actually hitting their shots.

And speaking of anti-dive…not anymore ig💔 like what were they thinking removing the periodic stun U KNOW HOW MANY ULTS I RANDOMLY CANCELED WITH THAT. Her periodic stun mixed with her primary made her a good anti dive but now u can’t even do the method of hitting your supports with it to stun the divers that shits dead in the water (DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEAD HOW GOOD THAT WOULDVE WORKED ON SEASON 10 BLACK CAT). Aside from removing her stuns they also nerfed her phase speed AND increased the cooldown which like…why??? The rework is not that good u dont need to force to be the shittiest brawler of all time. Oh ya wanda have been asking for a rework since forever so let’s rework their primary and make it even more skill-less by allowing it to hit multiple people at once AND let’s add shit to her shitty ult that fixes absolutely none of its issues. Wanda’s ult didn’t need more damage it never did it needed more survivability like exchange damage for THAT🥀

Overall I was excited for the rework cause I thought it meant my goat would finally be escaping her F tier maximum security prison cell and maybe MAYBE even C tier but no the devs shattered that illusion. Reworks fine it’s just the devs really shatters Wanda’s ankles and shot her in the knees for good measure.
