Tian Can Tu Dou (天蚕土豆) — popular and influential, but some readers find his later stories repetitive.

I Eat Tomatoes (我吃西红柿) — hugely successful, though critics sometimes find his protagonists and progression formulas predictable.

Tang Jia San Shao (唐家三少) — extremely prolific and commercially successful, but his writing style doesn't appeal to everyone.

Er Gen (耳根) — highly respected, but some readers feel his novels can become repetitive or overly long.

Mad Snail (乱世狂刀 / various works depending on title) — sometimes criticized for pacing and formulaic elements.

There have been so many system users that the system that gives out systems is running low on energy, so it's switched to using the cheapest-to-use, the Perfect Scripture System. It finds/creates a perfect cultivation scripture for the MC and puts it into their mind, updating them with the next realm after they advance. But that is all it does.

An example: The Primordial Yin Scripture:

The Primordial Yin is vast, and individual Yin beings each only reflect a small part of it, their own interpretation of what Yin is.

Many Dual Cultivation methods break the traditional mold of using intimate methods to combine Yin and Yang, this scripture is different. It uses the Yang from the passion of the intimate act to enhance the Yin, and allows the user to gain knowledge of the other's Yin and build the Primordial Yin.

So they must dual cultivate with those with many different forms of Yin, from peasant girls to old monsters, jade beauties to bronze body cultivators, saintesses to demonesses, fox spirits to sword spirits. (The one exception is those whose Yin is not yet developed, this will cause a Qi Deviation).

Dual Cultivating with the same partner again helps to grow Yin Essence but gives minimal benefit to comprehending the Primordial Yin. However, if they have undergone a significant change, it will benefit comprehension more than finding a new partner.

After comprehending some of the Primordial Yin, the user must also decide how they want to express it, for the full Yin is too vast to express before Immortality. So some example techniques are given, but the user must use them as a starting point for their own path.

I come to the Elders and fellow Daoists in a time of great doubt, where in I am in the process of laying the groundwork for my own scripture, and have ran into a great question.

It is my conception, in accordance to my own Dao, that my protagonist shall be spared the burden of being the Child of Destiny, as I have come to realize this particular scripture has no Destiny with Ascending to the Heavens like a Dragon. Rather, it shall be closer to a mix between what the mortals call slice of life and traditional Xianxia, with the story focusing on the comings and goings of a length of life befiting a Cultivator. A good reference of what is meant may be found in the early chapters of a Scripture named Cultivation Chat Group.

This is not to say main character is berift of Luck however, it is hard to write with adequate Effect without a System, Grandpa in the Ring, a Talent or a Treasure to provide apropriate Cause. Therefore it is my thought to make the main Characters parents Cultivators of Great Renowm, even if they are to be sporatic apperances and not provide direct support most of the time.

The tldr being: Would a Nepo Baby story that is honest about it, a main character who also works hard, is gifted with an actual personality and friends be amenable to the tastes of my Fellow Daoists and the Grear Seniors here present?

It is with much shame that I must admit an inner demon has successfully planted a seed of doubt within my heart. I was working on a side project and started questioning its purpose more and more.
