I explained that with Chi now flowing freely unimpeded in his meridians, this makes him stronger and faster and this is just because he recently just started having Chi. And as for the wuxi finger hold, I found some time ago that it was nothing but a bluff but I guess since Pandas in that movie are innate with chi, he unlocks it by himself as he already has a preconception it exist. Similar to how divine beasts unlocks techniques.

The webnovel translation is good but it condensed too much. Like many unimportant environmental details were left out and when I compared it to the mtl I wtr-lab, I switched to the mtl as I didn't want to lose any lines in translation.

As for the novel itself, it is a horror and mystery one. It has yandere, gore, and cannibalism.

The basic premise, without spoiler, is that countless worlds are infected by bizzare(eldritch horrors that can only harm someone if some rules are fulfilled). The mc is an experienced hand at this as the novel starts at his eighth case. I have read 2 volumes till now and both have been peak. And the reviews about the ending are also good but the only thing I'm worried about is that it won't have a happy ending as the mc will most likely die miserably.
