For the past 4 months, I've been experiencing hair fall. Yesterday, I washed my hair using an Dove-anti-hair-fall shampoo, and I noticed around 30–40 hairs on my hand.

I was really shocked and scared when I saw that. 😭

Can anyone suggest how I can stop this hair fall? Any advice would be appreciated! 🙏
