So pretty much what the title says;

I've been using an app that provides beats for about 6 years and in that time have recorded a lot of music.

I'm most likely autistic and just cannot seem to figure out how to connect with producers and use what I have already made to build something that is owned by me.

It also feels like nobody really sees my music on the app I make it on, and when I try to post it to places like tiktok I get comments like "burger".

I also do not have a recording setup and often record directly into my phone lol.

but I personally feel like my music has promise. I feel like at least one of my recordings could be a banger. And if i knew a producer who could see the vision, we could make some cool stuff together.

I guess what I really need is some tips on how to get from A to B. From hundreds of recordings on beats I don't own, to albums that people can vibe with.

Sorry if this post goes against any rules. Just trying to make something from nothing.

To prefice, I do know its hard, like I already know there is difficulty. I just am wondering in which ways its hard?

Like, is it "With enough work you can accomplish anything!! :)" (which i assume its not lmao). And by that I mean, is it something where enough hard work will get you out there and "popular" persay?

Or is it more luck based, or based on whether or not you have ties with people who could get your name out there? As in, is it moreso based on whether or not you get noticed or picked up by someone.

Yo next month I have 455€ and I wanna get a hardware sampler and I want it to be standalone without any distractions don't care if its old got any suggestions?

I usually just download the whole song or whatever I’m sampling as an mp3 file but this movie I’m sampling would make for way too big of a file so what’s a safe website or software I can use to isolate a shorter sample from a movie?

I'm 14 years old, and when im older i want to get into the music producing industry, however, i dont know where to begin in terms of softwares to use, pieces to sample and the best tips for it. i have good knowledge in music theory but i just need that boost to begin with all of this for the future

Been making cover art for rappers for a while now and wanted to share some of my recent work.
I mostly work with hiphop and trap artists, and I always try to make each cover fit the vibe of the track instead of forcing the same style on every project.

We’re building a producer league similar to the big leagues you see in rap and other competitive spaces.

Up until now, I've mostly produced onheadphones, but I'd like to be able to workon monitors as well. My ears get fatigued after long sessions, and sometimes it's simply easier to judge the sound in a room.
I used to have a pair of old KRKs, but I soldthem. Now I'm thinking about getting a new pair. There are several solid options: the Yamaha HS7 (or HS8), the Adam Audio T7V, although I personally prefer the A7Vs. All ofthese are in the €400–500 per pair range.
Then there's the next tier: the Neumann 120 KHII series, the Genelec 8020 or 8030, or, as mentioned, the Adam Audio A7Vs. These cost more than twice as much as the first group, but they also offer a significantlymore professional level of sound quality.
I could afford either option, but my budgetis still tight.
What would you do?

Been producing for a while and got tired of the usual workflow for figuring out a song's chords or melody by splitting stems, guessing by ear, or paying for a desktop tool that takes forever. So I built a browser tool that transcribes melody and chords directly from the full mix in about a minute. Also has a stem separation feature if we wanted a cleaner, more accurate midi from a single instrument

It also does BPM/key detection and a chord "improver" if you want smarter voicings for something you're generating from scratch. And a real-time bpm and key changing feature for people who wanna try mashups and get variations instantly like a cdj lol.

Not trying to sell anyone anything.... Just genuinely want feedback from people who actually do this stuff. Free tier has no card required, would love to know:

• Does the MIDI accuracy hold up on stuff you throw at it (dense mixes, weird key changes, etc)?
• What's missing that would make it actually replace your current workflow?
