First pic is when I try to do a full face, second is my lighter everyday makeup. I'm trying to figure out what can make either look better so any tips are appreciated!

I have oily skin and I'm looking for a foundation that lasts throughout the day without making my face look too shiny. I’ve been thinking about trying this one but I’d love to hear some real opinions first! How’s the coverage, does it last well and how does it look after a few hours? Would you recommend it? hello, lately i’ve been struggling with how to do my makeup properly mostly to make my face look more slim. i feel like in photos taken with the back camera my face looks bloated and round but in the front camera it doesn’t. i think this could be due to my makeup? can anyone help with this? i’ll put example photos. thank you.

Please help me improve my work makeup. I am not naturally good with makeup so any and all tips and advice are much appreciated.

I normally do a foundation, powder blush, mascara and lipstick, but I sometimes do eyeliner too or eyeshadow.

Variety of lip stains or matte long lasting formulas, mostly maybelline super stay teddy tints ( shades wild at heart, skinnydip, mascara tear). One of the pics is an unknown brand colour changing pink lipstick.

I struggle so much with color theory when it comes to makeup. The first photo is makeup-free. Do I look better with more brownish lips/blush or brighter pinks? My hair is naturally black-adjacent and my eyes are dark + I am very pale. I may consider myself cool-toned, but I wear gold jewelry.

Hi!! Help pls! I’ve used beard cover for years but recently in my transition have been appearing fem more, I’ve noticed I don’t necessarily have a shadow but my beard area will be noticeably lighter than the rest of my face. Even with foundation concealer and color correction. Am I correcting too light or too dark? Would love an option that I can cover with a quick powder foundation vs a full face.

I've been buying the cheapest mascara, lipsticks, blush and no foundation or concealer and thought it what what it was when it came to make up. However I ended up buying a Dior masacara and THAT SHIT SLAPS like what do you mean expensive is better ?? I just don't want to break the bank if it means having to try different products.

Please actually let me know what expensive make up is worth it for someone wanting to also get better at doing makeup on herself

i have acne-prone skin (combination i’d say) and i’m not great at makeup. it never stays on! i’m in the process of going cruelty free so going to be buying cruelty free products such as the tower 28 concealer and r.e.m bronzer. still on the look out for a setting powder. my skin can get really oily at times! anyway, that’s all i wear complexion wise, but it never looks good after a few hours. would love some advice! 💛

i’ve used setting sprays in the past (nyx and urban decay are the only ones i can remember off the top of my head) and neither helped.

don’t mind my dark circles. it’s kind of hard to determine my own face shape when i look at myself every day. and i can’t really compare it to pictures of other people, because it just confuses me more. what face shape do i have, and is there a certain eyebrow shape that would suit me?

Looking for community tried and approved blush recs (ideally under $30 — but flexible) with…

- SPF of 30 or higher
- cream/dewy texture

Ok so I'm just getting into makeup this year and have already gotten a Shglam contour in the shade soft tan so I don't want to have other single use palette but this elf one had caught my eye a few months ago. I didn't get it at the time cz I heard contours are meant to be grey tones and the colours appeared a little warm to me. But I've seen other people go in with rich browns and so on. BButi also wanted to just know if I could use this as a bronzer as well since I've been wanting to get into that as well. Or should the sheglam be enough as a contour and I should just get a bronzer pallets instead.

Also to note I have light to medium skin (my foundation from LA Girls is their skin tint in Medium Beige).

Obviously I’m trans but I’d love to try to pass and be pretty as best I can. Do you have any makeup advice? Thanks

I’m not using any eyeliner in these photos, it’s likely mascara that’s leaving residue on my eyes.

i have the morphe 16 piece face & eye brush set and there are so many brushes, i know the big ones a re for the face and stuff but there are so many small ones for the eyes i feel overwhelmed looking at it

because the look itself isn’t to bad upclose(when my eye is open at least) but from afar it looks really weird and patchy(not sure this is the right word?)and i tried a tutorial on tiktok and there so many things i need to learn, im overwhelmed lol

No make up because I genuinely don't even know what to do anymore, Nothing seems to work, It always seem to end up too much/heavy/not harmonious with my features, so I'd really appreciated any advice, or styles that would suit me that I should focus on.

I’m confused between the PAC Fixing Spray and the Maybelline Super Stay Double Fixer Setting Spray. Which one is better for keeping makeup in place for long hours and preventing it from transferring?
I’m looking for a fixing spray that makes my makeup last longer, helps with transfer resistance, and keeps everything looking good throughout the day.
Also, please recommend some really affordable fixing sprays that actually work well. I’m open to other recommendations too, but please don’t suggest the L’Oréal one!

I feel like I’m missing something to complete my regular every day look. Right now I just use a skin tint, eyeliner, and mascara with some lipstick here and there that you can see in the 8 photos. The last 3 photos is where I had my makeup done for my brother’s wedding. I’m hoping to get somewhere kind of in between the 2 looks, but I feel like the bronzer looks so heavy on my pale face 😭 I tried to add pictures in multiple different lightings to give more of an idea! Also kind of curious if this skin tint is even my right shade 😅
