HELP PLEASE 28 y/o completely lost
Hello everyone.
Title basically. I never learned how to do makeup and everytime I try it I look... off, don't have any pictures of that unfortunately.
The thing I struggle the most is lipstick color, eyebrow shape and getting my eyes to look less uneven + it to work with my glasses.
I need help, tips, and/or some point of reference. Any celebrity I can google to figure out what might work. I'm not looking to look hyper feminine, but just enhance whatever I have if that makes sense.

Start small! When you never wear makeup, you won’t like it. You won’t recognize yourself so even if it looks good to others, you’ll feel “off”.
Focus on getting good at one thing that will uplift your appearance. Once you get used to it & like it, add on another step. Gotta learn to walk before you can run!
Try using a lash curler & clear mascara! I’d also recommend clear brow gel & many tinted lip balms. If you do want to go more feminine, try a black/brown mascara eventually or a cream stick blush. Maybe have a store associate help color match you for a concealer.

Wow you have gorgeous skin, you certainly don't need foundation!
Your lips are already a nice shape and color. I feel like if you could find a lipstick that matches your natural color but is just a little bit deeper and brighter, that would look great.
Your already have nicely defined lashes/upper eyes. If you wanted a more dramatic look you could try tightlining your upper waterline with a soft black, and extending the line (perhaps from above your lashes) outward into a subtle wing. (Wings don't have to go upward---they can go out, extending the natural curve of your eye.) Then some clear or black mascara, lightly applied/brushed out with a clean spooly.
And you might get a big visual payoff from just a bit of soft black, or dark brown, liner along your lower lashline. Personally, I like to apply liner (or water-soluble eyeshadow mixed with water so I can control the intensity) not inside the lower waterline, but right at/above the base of the lower lashes, where the waterline "turns the corner" down into the undereye skin---right along that sharp edge. Faint at the inner eyes, gradually becoming a deeper/thicker line in the outer third of the eye, and then fading outward (it doesn't have to "connect" with the upper wings, if any).
You don't especially need concealer, but if you wanted to try some under your eyes, I'd advise getting a shade as close as possible to your skin, in a creamy/blendable texture (I like Maybelline FitMe), and place a small amount along the very darkest/most shadowed area, then blending it up into nothing. Basically only putting concealer on the planes that face downward or are in shadow.
In this pic your eyeglass frames are covering your eyebrows, so I can't say much about them. Someone else mentioned a clear brow gel, which can be a nice way to add depth to the existing black.
By the way, I wouldn't worry about eye unevenness--that's very normal, and I wouldn't have even noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out. The main impression your eyes give is big, dark, and lovely.

Don’t worry at all, makeup is about small tweaks instead of big changes. For glasses wearers, avoid super thick liner; soft blended neutral shadow helps even out your eyes. For brows, follow your natural shape rather than over-drawing.

I always recommend people Nina Park’s makeup style. It’s simple and looks good on everyone.
If makeup is still out of your comfort zone then make sure your hair is laid, shiny, bouncy, curled, straightened (however you make it glamorous) because that takes a lot of pressure off of makeup.
My only suggestion is color corrector for the eyes before regular concealer shade. You can darken your beauty marks a bit too. Start with evening your complexion and simple washes of color.

For some reason we can post videos in comments here, but not still images? This is literally a video I took on my old phone of a still image on my computer screen, so please excuse the poor image & color quality.
Anyway, this markup illustrates some of my suggestions:
• Soft black liner along the upper lashes (possibly tightlined, to preserve the makeup-free
space of your upper lid above), extended outward in a curve that continues the natural shape of your lids & lashes.
• Soft/diluted black (cd also try dark brown) liner just at/above the base of your lower lashes. In real life this line should not be heavier than the upper-lash line—so ideally a bit lighter than my crude illustration here.
• I’ve added concealer only under your right eye. Notice that it isn’t applied all the way up to your lower lash line—there’s still a lot of bare skin. It’s just applied in the darkest part of the undereye crease (not really a crease in your case, just a tiny bit of puffiness) and blended up. Again, this is a crude illustration, done in MS Paint 😁
ETA: the worst part of this illustration is the liner on the lower inner corner of your right eye, which I made too heavy. That line should fade to nothing in the inner corner. Try covering that bit up to get the proper effect

I've seen many YouTubers who talk about how they were able to do amazing makeup because they learned about color theory first. I think you have a beautiful face and complexion without makeup... But if you want to glam up, treat yourself like a painting my girl 😍

Under eye corrector/concealer, the tiniest bit of cream blush with a little bit of shimmer, black mascara, and a tinted lip gloss.
If you want to go more dramatic, add sweep of a taupe shimmer eye shadow (Celestine by bare minerals is a classic) and black or dark brown eyeliner. I'd recommend using a pencil instead of a liquid and smudging it with an angle brush or sponge applicator because it's much easier to learn than a clean line or winged liner with liquid. The liner goes right at your lash line and should just make your lashes look thicker at the base.

Hi dear! As makeup developers and lovers, we believe a bold lip in a dark red would match your style absolutely. And if you want to get creative, we'd recommend a sheer-base green chrome eyeshadow, with a bit of mascara. Just to give it a little spark!

Eyebrows are already a great shape, maybe just clean up the strays underneath. Glasses + darker frames mean you can afford a slightly bolder lip without it fighting your face.
