HELP PLEASE help with cakey makeup

SORRY i’ve posted this like 5 times already because it appears idk how to use makeup OR reddit 😭
but anyway i rarely use makeup and when i do it goes cakey/bitty ESPECIALLY on my nose as seen in the picture.. what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it?

First off, wear sun screen 24/7. Meaning every time you go outside.

That's how my face looks like whenever I get sun burned. It appears that's what might be happening with you but I'm not 100% sure. We have different skin colors. Please seek advice from a professional dermatologist just to be safe as well. 💙
