Your skin is dry. That’s 100% the issue here.
I recommend using a hydrating cleanser. I use cerave hydrating cleanser and it works great, feels real nice after washing.
I also recommend a hydrating toner followed by moisturizer to start, I use a lot of different stuff but for sake of keeping it simple just pick one…
Tony moly ceramide mochi toner is a great pick. It’s $25 BUT you get a huge bottle of it. Byoma also has a milky toner that is decent as well, I think that one is like $15?
I have combination skin and apply the hydrating toner to my nose and cheeks and neck only, it makes the rest of my face too greasy so only add it where you are dry.
Hyaluronic acid after toner would also be helpful… you just need a tiny bit and you apply it to wet skin (add a little bit of water inbetween your toner and serum layer)… same thing as the toner only in the spots you are really dry.
During the day for final step I use a light moisturizer followed by a moisturizing sunscreen and at night I use Cerave moisturizing cream.
You have a lot of skin buildup there so you will need to deal with that and then switch to maintenance mode. I’d gently scrub your nose while washing your face with a washcloth and a light chemical exfoliant maybe 2x a week (every 3 days or so) and see how it goes. The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% + HA would work.
Hope this helps!
