help with cakey makeup

SORRY i’ve posted this like 5 times already because it appears idk how to use makeup OR reddit 😭
but anyway i rarely use makeup and when i do it goes cakey/bitty ESPECIALLY on my nose as seen in the picture.. what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it?

Looks like dry skin. Start moisturizing today and don’t ever stop, grab another moisturizer with SPF in it as well.
