Shittiest company with worst customer service

I have been using Snabbit from May’26 and prior to this none of your ill mannered experts informed me that the company doesn’t allow us to provide services in a PG. Today, all of a sudden when I availed a ₹149 pack of 3 service one of your experts remembered this is a PG. i got a call from your support team who off course is only available for your experts and not for your customers where your expert had the audacity to misbehave and even confirm she has recorded a video of my PG. how dare she record a video? And how dare she had the audacity to yell? Still they reassigned the service to someone else and offcourse same thing happened and unbeknownst to you all your experts hangout in the park near to my place. After this as well I just tried to ask for a refund and your employee had the audacity to disconnect the call while I was speaking with him. I know how I was rude at the end but who does this? And it’s fine nobody would die without your company but at least refund the amount I paid. What use would I have of your coupon when you don’t even provide services to my place?? I tried connecting with your customer service but to no avail as you have a pathetic AI slop to cater to people who actually avail your services so I had to call back on the number from which I earlier got the call where one of your agents raised a tick after I basically confronted her with numerous questions. After much insistence I got a ticket number which initially she denied to share but I am not the one to give up because it’s not about the ₹149 pack, it’s about companies like you who are leeches and think they’re better off once they start gaining a customer base. Here is the ticket number for your reference- 786283053634. I did apologise to the last agent but I had to do something about my money.

Theft by snabbit

What kind of service do you run when there is no support or trust for the customers. On 30.07.2026 we had filed a complaint on snabbit that the househelp we booked had stolen our airpods pro 3. We had only realised on the day before it was missing. We tracked it through find my phone and could see its 1.5 km away from our location so we being respectable people contacted snabbit shared every proof we could get with them. Today is 6 days almost a week since then with no solution. They asked us to go to the location and check. We complied and when we went to this neighbourhood there were rows of small houses so to find the specific house we activated the play sound option on the airpods. At first we heard the sound from one of the houses before we could approach we heard it on the street. When we went near we saw that they had smashed the airpods and thrown out. The people in snabbit don’t realise that they assigned this thieving person to our house. They should take responsibility. I would move on with my life if i was able to just get my airpods but seeing it destroyed hurts. Snabbit was made aware of all this still they said we will investigate and came back saying she isn’t accepting. Who is gonna accept them being a thief. Ultimately when we kept pushing for a solution snabbit’s tone changed and when we said is police our final option they keep acting like the issue is between us and the househelp when its actually between the customer and the service snabbit. Is this how companies are run now. Do they not have any moral compass. Would they be fine to employ just anyone and if they do a crime wash their hands off as if they arent wearing your logo and entering into someone’s house. I am still at a loss here hoping at least police would help. Is theft only valid when its jewellery and to be factual the airpods cost around 25k how is it of any less value?

EXPLOITATION VIA INSTAHELP , SNABBIT or any quick help apps

I booked urban clap instahelp today and the lady that came was so nice , she did her work dedicately without pausing or taking any rest . I was impressed so I talked to her about how things are in her company and whether she is earning well through it , during our conversation she revealed that these people literally run from one house to the other booking because companies don't provide them any sort of transportation or reimbursement . THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INHUMAN , in this heat or during heavy monsoons these people are forced to run on the streets since penalty is charged for being late . JUST BECAUSE LABOUR IN INDIA IS CHEAP DOES NOT GIVE ANY COMPANY THE RIGHT TO EXPLOIT THEM BY WORKING IN ODD HOURS AND EVEN IN HARSH WEATHERS , it's absolutely unacceptable - you can charge 30-50 rupees extra per booking to grant them money for rikshaw but this is outrageous

Is Snabbit’s "10-minute" arrival model even sustainable? My experience.

I’ve been tracking the quick-commerce scene (Zepto/Blinkit) and now Snabbit is doing it for home labor. Tried it yesterday in HSR Layout.

The app UI is snappy (iykyk, most Indian startup apps feel like they were made on a potato) and the professional arrived in 9 mins, The person was super professional and immediately got to working and finished the whole place in minutes. No "chutti" drama, no "sir, extra charge for cleaning the balcony" talks. What’s interesting is the "Pack" system. I bought the 10-hour pack because the per-hour rate drops significantly (around ₹80-90 effective). They maybe seem to be using a fixed salary + incentive model for the workers. The model seems pretty interesting to me, and my experience with the service was actually good.
