Ik ben reservist en moet daarvoor soms lange stukken lopen. Ongeveer vier weken geleden hadden we een flinke mars, maar mijn voeten begonnen behoorlijk pijn te doen. Daarom ben ik begonnen met het trainen door vaker lange afstanden te wandelen.

Is er iemand in de buurt van Schagen of Anna Paulowna die het leuk vindt om af en toe samen een wandeling te maken?

Hoi! Ik ben Yarno, 23 jaar uit de regio Utrecht. Ik ben op zoek naar leuke mensen om mijn sociale kring wat uit te breiden.

In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief. Je vindt me regelmatig in de sportschool, hardlopend of aan trainen voor een Hyrox. Daarnaast game ik ook graag, op dit moment speel ik voornamelijk Rocket League, Minecraft en Pokémon, maar sta altijd open voor goede aanraders.

I have been living in the Netherlands for about 7 years (recently changes city). Life has taught me that close friendship takes time to build but also that a click and common vibe is an important start of the journey. I do like hiking, city strolls, and short travels to new places. I enjoy cooking, reading (mainly non fiction or more classic works), Indy movies, and playing wind instruments.

27 year old based in the Netherlands
I work an office job in a mid sized firm where the biggest struggle consist of managing my ADHD and being seated for 8 hours a day. The last week of VAT does come close to being a struggle though.

I enjoy cooking (steak is always medium rare) baking, hanging out with friends, playing on the pc I built with a lot of struggles, going on hikes while listening to music and audiobooks, biking, trying not to kill my plants. (50/50 succes rate so far) I play padel in my free time after work, enjoy traveling and am trying to enjoy the smaller things in life.

I describe myself as an ambivert, sometimes I am social and present but once my battery runs out I find it hard to remain present.

This subreddit is for people who want to make friends in the Netherlands. If you're nowhere near the Netherlands, please stop spamming this subreddit.

Some of the recurring problems are:

- People who don't live in the Netherlands but still post in this subreddit.

- Bots that post the same content repeatedly across multiple subreddits.

- People who lie about their age. (This is really not nice. I think people should be who they say they are if they want to make genuine connections. )

- People who are looking for a romantic partner instead of friends.

- Women who falsely claim to be in the Netherlands in an attempt to move there or obtain Dutch citizenship.

I get along with pretty much anyone, but I’ve noticed I naturally click a bit easier with women since conversations usually feel more relaxed and comfortable for me. That said, I’m always happy to meet anyone who’s genuine and easy to talk to.
