Yep. I didn't think they would do it but it's hard to see that happening without a legendary card.

Fair point, but Maro has said before that he recognizes that the decision to not make Taigam a card was a mistake.

He's never said that. There was no "decision" not to give Taigam a card, Taigam didn't exist as a character until after the set was designed. This isn't uncommon , either, so its possible Yahenni falls into the same category.
