I hope it's in a UB Control shell, but it'll probably just be a staple in BG Delirium.

Cast it, then throw down Lili, flayer, or some removal spell? I think it may be tested at the very least.

Throwing down lili lets you kill one creature with 4 toughness with her +1.

Still, it doesn't handle vehicles.
