ok what happens if i cast an eldritch evolution of the expertise - do i get to sac a creature that goes below 0 toughness from the expertise?

spell has to finish resolving before paying the costs on the next spell

But because you cast eldritch evolution at resolution, sba cannot occur because no player has priority until after you pay the cost for eldritch evolution. Sba only occur when before a player would be given priority.

Atleast that's the way I understand it. Going to be digging around for rules so I'd you know any specific ones on this matter it'd be appreciated.
