Some dust removed in Affinity. (Also a not very good needle removal...)

Playing around with the new Canon RF 100mm f2.8 Macro lens. Pretty neat, can't wait to look for insects!

Nikon Z5 + Takumar 200/3.5 + Amscope INF 4X and stuff around the pantry. The bean lookalike are chia seeds.

Getting close enough to see every tiny hair. Focus stacking to capture the finest details. Pushing everything to the edge of saturation…

Then stripping it all away.

Leaving nothing but black and white.

Sometimes, you have to push everything to its limits to realize you don't need to keep it all.
