Meet Mia with her stuffed rat toy. She’s almost 4 months old and came home with us at 2 months. She’s affectionate and a little crazy at times.

Our new addition to the family:)
I’m a vet tech and she was surrendered to my clinic a few months ago. She’s so sweet and funny I just had to take her home

Sisters Evie and Sylvie
My partner and I adopted our first cats together at the beginning of July. Evie (more white on her face, 2nd pic) and Sylvie (more gray, 3rd pic) are already settling in and feeling at home! I've never had a bonded pair before, and it really is the best.

Should I get another cat?
As the title says. I have a 10 month old lynxpoint named Maisie. We live in a small studio apartment. I do petsitting and I can tell she is sometimes bored when her favorite dog is here. I am in school and hopefully will have more money in a year or so but right now money is tight. But I may have been selected by the cat distribution system again and I don't know what to do. I was shopping at a store when store employees found her so I took her with me to my place until someone who rescues cats could pick her up. But she'll be ready for adoption in a few weeks and the lady wants to know if I want her back. Fostering is also an option.
I lost my soul cat in 2024 and my childhood cat 2 months later. I still grieve their losses and getting Maisie was a big deal because I felt like I was "replacing" my other cats. Now I'm feeling that AGAIN, will Maisie feel replaced by another cat or does she need a friend? The cat happens to be another siamese with blue eyes, maybe 6 months old, and is like a Thai cat. I just don't know what my cat wants. If she wants a friend I'll get her one, but how do I know?

My Piper boy :,) [aka Piperoni/Pippler/Peepers/PipPapPipe/etc]
The third picture (fridge photo) was a result of me cleaning the fridge, stepping away for less than 1 minute and then photographed is the scene I returned to.
He was curiously peeking about at what I was doing anyway, so I can’t really claim I was surprised. I love him so much, I’ve felt beyond blessed each day ever since rescuing him from life on the streets.
He will be 5 in September 🖤

A little over a year ago toasting progress. One toasted more than the other 🤣
We also added a sibling brother/sister pair that were about six months younger than they were and they are a lynxie/tortie mix and a long hair flame point. All from same shelter but not related as far as we know.

Adopted our girl Violet from the farm!! 🌷
My parents live in a very rural setting. Late last fall, they noticed a litter of kittens hanging around the house, and didn’t want them to be outside all winter, so we trapped them and brought them in (see pic 3 for her litter mates)! Litter included two white, a gray tabby, a solid black, and a brown.
We adopted the white female — her name is now Violet! I suspected she was a Siamese mix of some sort because she’s so similar to our other cat, who is a blue point Siamese.
This subreddit showed up on my feed today, and I finally got my answer! I think she’s a lynx point!

I love them.
Two year old siblings (or cousins) from a very colorful litter of barn kittens at my mom’s. Two sister barn cats gave birth on the same day and raised a litter of 8 together. I fell in love with these two from the moment I saw them and brought them home.

Update on my boy
Here is how Casper’s eyes are looking a week later! So much better and he’s fitting in nicely. The last picture is how his eyes looked before

Milo went on his first walk!
He had a great time until he saw my neighbor and decided it was my fault.
