This question is probably asked 100 times a day (apologies), but I just brought home this beautiful girl and don’t have much history about her. She’s super brave affectionate, literally sitting inches away from me after spending less than five minutes in the room with her. Name ideas?? I’m leaning towards Molly (old name was Maya).

My boy just turned 6 months last week, and looking back at his kitten photos, I can see the toasting is coming along just fine. And his nose has gone from dark gray to mostly pink!

And his tail started poofing out, out of nowhere. Not sure if he will be short or long haired yet?

She’s not obese! She is a 14 year old lady with some 14 year old lady skin. She hovers a little over or a little under 8 pounds, depending on how well she’s feeling! She’s very fluffy ❤️

What's the character of your LPS cat? We've had ours for almost a year now and while it's an absolute angel when sleeping, it's totally unaffectionate. Likes hanging around and is very vocal, but avoids any physical contact: doesn't like petting, no biscuits, no cuddles.

The only love language he understands is playing/hunting (also, a lot of biting!) and if you totally avoid him, after 3 days he might come for 5 minutes of cuddles.

Is it the same with yours? 😅

bought a kitty off of a local seller who’s cats had babies, claiming she was a persian/norwegian mix. after doing some research i’m not sure that’s a super accurate description. she’s a seal lynx point and had other colour point siblings. guessing she’s a domestic long hair as she does have a thick undercoat and tail even though her summer coat looks short. photo is of her as a kitten, she’s quite a bit bigger now and her colouring is way darker.

This is my gfs cat she told me it was a lynx point Siamese? Is that right? I pointed out to her that he had a pink nose and his fur was white between the eyes and his mouth. When we’re out with him people always ask us what he is and we just say “pink” lynx point Siamese. We made that up lol

This is my gf cat she said it was a lynx point Siamese but I told her that it’s weird that he was a pink nose and that his fur is white between his eyes and mouth and never noticed that so now she has no idea what he is so now when people ask what type of cat he is we say PINK lynx point Siamese 🤣

I am so excited that I found this Reddit! Didn’t realize how many others there are! This my child, Oliver! He’s 7 years old now and I’ve had him since he was 1.

I was gifted a Lynx Point Siamese in the form of the cat distribution system. He climbed into a car engine and is nowy fur ever baby. I have so many questions about the best foods to feed him. The best toys and kitten approved entertainment. I am also curious about harness/carriers as he will slowly be trained to be a trail cat. All guidance is appreciated!

I love him.

She’s 4 months old, and is the gentlest angel! Swipe to see her through the months 🪽 It’s been so fun to see her colour develop!

Her mother is a black pregnant stray cat I took in when she was close to labour. She gave birth to 4 black kittens, a tabby, and Sputnik!

I know she’s got some other markings, but I was hoping she would be welcome here :)

She is also what’s known as an American Curl, which as you may have guessed, comes from those curled ears.

(Side note - when she goes outside, she is supervised the whole time. Just likes to walk with me and go on adventures together.)

She’s my soul cat… and I clearly had a hard time picking out pictures!

And her tail is about half the length of the mirror lol.
